OUR ONLINE VILLAGE HERBALIST PROGRAM EXPERIENCED MODEST GROWTH, ALLOWING US TO SERVE A BROADER COMMUNITY OF STUDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE WIDER SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA. FOR A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF 2021, WE MANAGED OUR CLINIC SESSIONS ONLINE. THIS CREATED THE OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE A WIDER GEOGRAPHIC AREA. OUR HERB ROOM EXPANDED ITS REACH, PROVIDING STUDENTS WITH MORE ACCESS TO PLANTS NEEDED TO DEVELOP THEIR HERBAL KNOWLEDGE AND SUCCESS AS HERBALISTS. BHC INVESTED IN NEW SHELVING AND A BETTER-ORGANIZED HERB STORAGE SYSTEM. FINALLY, BHC IMPLEMENTED A NEW INVENTORY AND ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM TO MANAGE THE INCREASE IN ORDERS FROM OUR STUDENTS AND CLIENTS.
