THOUGH THE PANDEMIC CONTINUED THROUGHOUT FY2021, SCFG PROGRAMS CONTINUED TO GROW. WE HELD A TWO WEEK SUMMER ROCKETRY PROGRAM WHICH INCLUDED A CAREER PANEL WITH SIX WOMEN IN THE AEROSPACE SCIENCES. WE HELD 32 CLUBS THAT MET FALL AND SPRING, ALL OVER ZOOM, WITH A TOTAL OF 251 PARTICIPANTS IN FALL AND 258 IN SPRING, AND OVER 70 MENTORS, 60% OF WHICH REPRESENT OUR TARGET POPULATION. OUR STUDENTS COME FROM MORE THAN 75 DIFFERENT SCHOOLS IN THE BOSTON AREA. WE'VE DOUBLED THE NUMBER OF MIDDLE SCHOOL PARTICIPANTS, AND HAVE LAUNCHED A COLLEGE READINESS SERIES FOR OUR HIGH SCHOOL MENTORS. WE UPDATED OUR CURRICULUM TO ADDRESS THE VIRTUAL WORLD AS WELL AS DELINEATING BY THREE AGE LEVELS. SCFG LIVE CONTINUED WITH 26 ORIGINAL SHOWS, AND OVER 36,000 VIEWS THANKS TO 6 NEW MEDIA PARTNERS, AND INCLUDED DOZENS OF SPECIAL GUESTS SPEAKING TO THEIR EXPERIENCES AS WOMEN IN SCIENCE. AS A RESULT OF THIS GROWTH, OUR STAFF GREW WITH THE ADDITION OF A PROGRAM RECRUITMENT MANAGER AND TWO PART TIME PAID INTERNS. WE ANTICIPATE 2 ADDITIONAL PROGRAM MANAGERS AND A PART TIME COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER ON STAFF IN FY22.
