TO THIS PURPOSE, ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE PROVIDES A DIRECT CARE PROGRAM, A LOW COST SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM, A PETS HELPING PETS PROGRAM, AND THE WINSTON NOREK MEMORIAL FUND. DURING FISCAL YEAR ENDED 8/31/22, THE AGENCY ADOPTED 541 CATS.
