(THE ORGANIZATION) IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND THE COMMUNITY BY BUILDING AND REHABILITATING HOMES AND ENABLING FAMILIES TO BECOME CAPABLE, COMMITTED, RESPONSIBLE HOMEOWNERS. THE ORGANIZATION IS AFFILIATED WITH HABITAT FOR HUMANITY INTERNATIONAL AND IS GOVERNED BY ITS OWN BYLAWS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS. PROGRAMS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION ARE FUNDED THROUGH COOPERATIVE SPONSORSHIPS WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, BOTH NOT-FOR-PROFIT AND FOR-PROFIT, OR BY INTERNALLY DIRECTED FUNDS.
