HERITAGE HOUSE NURSING CENTER IS A 122-BED SKILLED NURSING CENTER LOCATED IN TROY, NEW YORK. THE CENTER HAS BEEN PROVIDING QUALITY CARE SINCE 1992 AND IS DEDICATED TO ENHANCING THE DIGNITY, COMFORT, AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SENIORS IN A HOMELIKE ENVIRONMENT. THE CENTER ALSO PROVIDES SHORT-TERM, SUB-ACUTE REHABILITATION SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT REQUIRE THE INTENSIVE REHABILITATION THERAPY PROVIDED AT AN ACUTE REHABILITATION HOSPITAL. THE CENTER OFFERS RESPITE CARE TO GIVE FAMILY MEMBERS AND CAREGIVERS TIME TO TEND TO OTHER FAMILY OR WORK OBLIGATIONS AND RELIEF FROM DAY-TO-DAY CAREGIVING RESPONSIBILITIES.
