OUR MISSION, IN HONORING LIFE, IS TO HELP PEOPLE OF THE NORTH COUNTRY DIE IN SPIRITUAL, MENTAL, AND PHYSICAL COMFORT. WE SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES TO DETERMINE THEIR END-OF-LIFE CARE.

HOSPICE IS ABOUT CARING FOR THOSE WHO ARE FACING PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOSOCIAL, AND SPIRITUAL CHALLENGES AT THE END-OF-LIFE. HOSPICE CARES FOR THE WHOLE PERSON AND THEIR LOVED ONES, SUPPORTING THEM WITH SKILLED NURSING, FAMILY SERVICES, SPIRITUAL SUPPORT, VOLUNTEER SERVICES AND BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT. HOWEVER, WE ARE MORE THAN OUR MISSOPN OF HELPING PEOPLE OF THE NORTH COUNTRY DIE IN SPIRITUAL, MENTAL, AND PHYSICAL COMFORT. WE NURTURE MORE MEMORIES, MORE HUGS, MORE LAUGHTER, AND MORE MOMENTS. OUR GOAL IS TO HELP PEOPLE LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST AND ALLOW FAMILIES AND FRIENDS TO TREASURE THEIR LOVED ONES IN THE COMFORTS OF HOME, UNTIL THE LAST MOMENT. IN 2021, WE WERE ABLE TO SERVE 329 PATIENTS AND PROVIDED 15,170 PATIENT DAYS OF SERVICE.
