ANIMAL WELFARE SERVICES PROVIDED FOR STRAY AND SURRENDERED COMPANION ANIMALS INCLUDING DIRECT CARE, VETERINARY SERVICES INCLUDING SPAY AND NEUTER SURGERY FOR 1,400 ANIMALS, MOST OF WHICH ALSO RECEIVED BEHAVIOR TRAINING AND SOCIALIZATION PRIOR TO ADOPTION.
SPAY AND NEUTER SERVICES FOR THE SHELTER AND THE COMMUNITY: IN 2020, THE ANIMAL PROTECTIVE FOUNDATION'S HIGH VOLUME CLINIC ALTERED 2,200 ANIMALS TO HELP REDUCE PET OVERPOPULATION AND IN CONCERT WITH OUR MISSION STATEMENT.
COMMUNITY SERVICES: PROVIDES NUMEROUS SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY INCLUDING OUR CANINEACADEMY, A MONTHLY PET BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP, HUMANE EDUCATION CLASSES TO SCHOOLS AND YOUTH GROUPS, A PET FOOD PANTRY, AND OUR PETGUARDIAN PROGRAM WHERE WE TEMPORARILY CARE FOR PETS OF VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
