HISTORIC PRESERVATION-RESEARCH, STABILIZATION AND PRESERVATION OF THE TIMOTHY KNAPP HOUSE, 1670, THE OLDEST HOUSE IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY, INCLUDES ARCHEOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION, RECONSTRUCTION OF FRONT PORCH, LANDSCAPING AND GROUNDS.
