THE ORGANIZATION'S PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED AND WRITTEN BY STAFF MEMBERS WITH SUPPORT FROM CONSULTANTS WHERE NEEDED. LOCAL COMMUNITY LEADERS MANAGE AND LEAD THE PROGRAMS AFTER RECEIVING TRAINING AND ACCESS TO THE ORGANIZATION'S INNOVATIVE CURRICULA.
