GOAL I: HRDS ARE EQUIPPED, CONNECTED, SUPPORTED, AND INFLUENTIAL.HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDERS HAVE THE TOOLS AND CAPACITIES (INCLUDING STRATEGIES, NETWORKS, KNOWLEDGE AND NARRATIVES) TO ENGAGE AND INFLUENCE INTERNATIONAL, REGIONAL AND NATIONAL MECHANISMS. IF DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY OR SUBJECT TO REPRISALS ARE ABLE TO SEEK JUSTICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR A CONTINUED PROMOTION, PROTECTION AND REALIZATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AT ALL LEVELS.
