DAY HABILITATON WITHOUT WALLS PROVIDES DAY SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO FACILITATE GROWTH AND INDEPENDENCE AS WELL AS PROVIDE THE TOOLS AND SUPPORT NECESSARY TO HELP THEM INTEGRATE INTO THE COMMUNITY.
COMMUNITY HABILITATION SERVICES PROVIDE IN HOME HABILITATION SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO FACILITATE COMMUNITY INCLUSION AND WORK TOWARDS ACHIEVING PERSONAL GOALS.
