THE LUMEN AWARDS, THE STUDENT LIGHTING COMPETITION, AND OUR MONTHLY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS ENCOMPASS THE LARGEST AMOUNT OF EFFORTS. MANY OF THESE REQUIRE LITTLE ATTENTION OTHER THAN WHEN THE EVENT DATE DRAWS NEAR. IF SPREAD OVER A 52 WEEK, MANY OF THE VOLUNTEERS FELT THAT IT WAS NO MORE THAN A 3 HOUR A WEEK COMMITMENT. THE BOARD OF MANAGERS TIME COMMITMENT RANGES FROM 8 HOURS A MONTH TO SOMEWHERE AROUND 8 HOURS / MONTH SPREAD OUT ANNUALLY.
