CERTIFICATION - ENHANCE IDEAS AND CAREERS OF VALUATION ENGINEERS THROUGH CERTIFIED VALUE SPECIALIST (CVS) AND VALUE METHODOLOGY ASSOCIATE (VMA) CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS.
