AND ONGOING COUNSELING, MONITORING AND RE-ASSESSMENT TO ENSURE CLIENT'S SAFETY, MAXIMUM INDEPENDENCE AND WELL-BEING. ONE STOP CONDUCTS VIGOROUS OUTREACH AND EDUCATION THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE ABOUT SERVICES AND ALL RESOURCES FOR SENIOR LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY.
