THE WEST BRIGHTON COMMUNITY LOCAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION DBA STATEN ISLAND BUSINESS OUTREACH CENTER (SIBOC) WAS ESTABLISHED AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION THAT IS DEDICATED TO MAKING STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE AND SHOP. OUR PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO ATTRACT NEW BUSINESSES AND ASSIST EXISTING BUSINESSES IN EXPANSION, RENOVATIONS, PROMOTIONS, AND INTERACTIONS WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. SIBOC, THROUGH OUR SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, EMPOWERS UNDERSERVED AND LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME (LMI) ENTREPRENEURS AND SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS, THROUGH A COMBINATION OF BUSINESS ASSISTANCE AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT.
