BAC PRESENTS:THE ANNUAL PUBLIC PERFORMANCE SERIES, BAC PRESENTS, PROVIDES AN ARTISTICALLY, CULTURALLY, AND GEOGRAPHICALLY DIVERSE GROUP OF DANCE, THEATER, MUSIC, AND MULTIMEDIA ARTISTS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM NEW WORK AND REACH NEW AUDIENCES. BAC PRESENTS HAS GIVEN MANY EMERGING ARTISTS THEIR NEW YORK PREMIERES, AS WELL AS PRESENTING ESTABLISHED ARTISTS ALREADY RENOWNED IN THEIR DISCIPLINES. ALL EVENTS ARE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, WITH AN AVERAGE TICKET PRICE OF $25. HOWEVER, IN RESPONSE TO THE PANDEMIC, ALL OF OUR PRESENTATIONS WERE PRESENTED DIGITALLY ONLINE FOR FREE. IN 2021, WE CONTINUED TO PRODUCE DIGITAL CONTENT WHILE ALSO SLOWLY GETTING BACK TO LIVE PERFORMANCES. THE COMBINATION OF THE TWO RESULTED IN A TOTAL OF 30 PRESENTATIONS IN 2021, 15 DIGITAL AND 15 LIVE. OVERALL ATTENDANCE WAS STILL DOWN BUT OUR DETAIL VIEWERSHIP WAS UP TO 3,000.BAC RESIDENCIES:BAC RESIDENCIES PROVIDES ARTISTS WITH THE SPACE AND RESOURCES NEEDED TO FACILITATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PROJECTS AND COLLABORATIONS.
