FISCAL INTERMEDIARY - WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO SELF DIRECT THE SERVICES THEY WANT WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITY. PROVIDE SERVICES WITHIN STATEN ISLAND, BROOKLYN AND MANHATTAN SERVED APPROXIMATELY 700 INDIVIDUALS.
RESIDENTIAL HABILITATION SERVICES - PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES WHO LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY WHETHER IN SUPPORTIVE APARTMENTS OR IN SUPERVISED INDIVIDUALIZED RESIDENTIAL ALTERNATIVES. SERVED APPROXIMATELY 68 INDIVIDUALS.
