THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES UNRESTRICTED GRANTS TO SUPPORT THE GENERAL OPERATIONS OF NOT-FOR-PROFIT THEATERS AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT WORK TO BENEFIT MEMBERS OF THE ACTING PROFESSION AND IMPROVE THE STATE OF THE THEATER.
THE FOUNDATION GRANTS AWARDS TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT RECOGNIZE ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN THE ACTING PROFESSION AND THOSE WHO CONTRIBUTE TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE THEATRICAL PROFESSIONS.
