BY PROMOTING RESEARCH IN COSMETIC SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY, AND BY SETTING HIGH ETHICAL, PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS, WE IMPROVE THE QUALIFICATIONS AND CALIBER OF COSMETIC SCIENTISTS.
