IMESAFR - TO PROVIDE A QUANTITATIVE RISK ASSESSMENT SOFTWARE TOOL AS A SCIENCE-BASED ALTERNATIVE TO TRADITIONAL QUANTITY DISTANCE STANDARDS TO ADVANCE SAFE EXPLOSIVES OPERATIONS AND STORAGE.
