THE ENTITY'S MISSION AND BASIC OBJECTIVE IS THE SAME AS THE Y-USA'S, WHICH IS TO "BUILD THE CAPICITY TO ADVANCE OUR CAUSE OF STRENGTHENING THE COMMUNITY THROUGH YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, HEALTH LIVING AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY." HEALTHY LIVING PROGRAAMS AIM TO IMPOVE THE AREA'S HEALTH AND WELL-BEING THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT FOCUS ON FAMILY TIME, WELL-BEING AND FITNESS, SPORTS AND RECREATION.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AIMS TO NURTURE THE POTENTIAL OF EVERY CHILD AND TEEN THROUGH PROGRAMS SUCH AS CHILDCARE, EDUCATION AND LEADERSHIP, SWIM AND CAMP.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY INCORPORATES GIVING BACK AND PROVIDING SUPPORT TO OUR NEIGHBORS WITH PROGRAMS THAT INCLUDE SOCIAL SERVICES, GLOBAL SERVICES, VOLUNTEERISM, AND ADVOCACY.
