1) TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN A LAW ENFORCEMENT MEMORIAL MONUMENT TO THOSE WHO DIED IN THE LINE OF DUTY LOCATED AT 911 POLICE PLAZA, HICKSVILLE, NY.2) ASSIST FAMILY MEMBERS IN INSTANCES WHERE POLICE OFFICERS WERE KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY.3) ASSIST QUALIFIED STUDENTS WHO WISH TO PURSUE A DEGREE IN HIGHER EDUCATION.4) PROVIDE DONATIONS TO RECOGNIZED ENTITIES THAT CONCENTRATE THEIR ACTIVITIES ON HUMANITARIAN ISSUES (SPECIAL OLYMPICS, ETC.).5) PROVIDING LITERATURE AND GENERAL EDUCATION IN THE FORM OF LITERATURE AND LECTURING WITH REGARD TO DWI.6) OTHER ACTIVITIES SUPPORTIVE OF HUMANITARIAN, LAW ENFORCEMENT, LOCAL COMMUNITY, YOUTH, OR SENIOR CITIZEN RELATED.7) TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE & SUPPORT TO RELATIVES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS KILLED ON SEPTEMBER 11TH AND TO ASSIST LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS INJURED ON SEPEMBER 11TH.
