ASSOCIATIONS MAY NOT BE ORGANIZED TO ENGAGE IN SPECULATION IN CEMETERY LOTS AND PROPERTY, OR TO OPERATING FOR THE PRIVATE GAIN, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OF ANY ASSOCIATION MEMBER.
