TESSITURA NETWORK INC (TNI) OPERATES FOR THE BENEFIT OF AND TO SUPPORT THE MEMBERS OF TNI. ALL MEMBERS ARE ORGANIZATIONS OR ENTITIES ORGANIZED TO OPERATE AS VISUAL, CULTURAL, AND PERFORMING ARTS ORGANIZATIONS. A SUBSTANTIAL MAJORITY OF THE ORGANIZATIONS SERVED BY TNI ARE EXEMPT PUBLIC CHARITIES, TOGETHER WITH INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS THAT MEET THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR EXEMPT PUBLIC CHARITY STATUS. TNI INCREASES COOPERATION AMONG PERFORMING ARTS, VISUAL AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS AND ENHANCES ORGANIZATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY OF ARTS AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SOFTWARE.
