THE RUSSELL HILL ROGERS MUSICAL EVENINGS AT SAN FERNANDO CATHEDRAL SHOWCASED GUEST ARTISTS OF THE HIGHEST CALIBER FROM SAN ANTONIO SISTER CITIES, AUSTRIA, ITALY, AND SWITZERLAND IN 5 FREE PUBLIC OFFERINGS. EVEN THROUGH THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE RUSSELL HILL ROGERS MUSICAL EVENINGS AT SAN FERNANDO CATHEDRAL REACHED MORE THAN 1,700 PEOPLE VIRTUALLY AND EXPOSED THEM TO MUSICIANS FROM ALL OVER THE GLOBE. THROUGH KIDS TO CONCERTS, MBAW BROUGHT VIRTUAL PERFORMANCES TO SAN ANTONIO CHILDREN, TAKING THEM ON A MUSICAL JOURNEY THROUGH THE FOLLOWING CULTURES SPAIN, SISTER CITIES, JAPAN, AND RUSSIA, REACHING MORE THAN 10,000 CHILDREN. THIS YEAR, WE PARTNERED WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICTS OF SOUTH SAN ANTONIO ISD, SAN ANTONIO ISD, DEVINE ISD, AND SOUTHWEST ISD, AND BROUGHT PROGRAMMING TO STUDENTS FROM SPAIN, SISTER CITIES OF SAN ANTONIO, AND JAPAN.
