DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2018, THE GREENWICH COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL (THE SCHOOL) ACQUIRED THE ASSETS OF THE STANWICH SCHOOL BY BECOMING THE SOLE MEMBER OF STANWICH WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF EACH OF THE SCHOOLS. THE SCHOOL ASSUMED ALL OPERATIONS OF THE STANWICH SCHOOL WITH A GOAL OF OPENING THE GREENWICH COUNTRY DAY HIGH SCHOOL BEGINNING IN SEPTEMBER 2019. WHEN THE STANWICH SCHOOL CEASED OPERATION EFFECTIVE JUNE 30, 2019, THE SCHOOL RECOGNIZED A CONTRIBUTION OF $17,696,418 DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2018 AS A RESULT OF THE ACQUISITION.
