IT ACCOMPLISHES ITS EXEMPT FUNCTIONS BY PROVIDING TELEVISION, RADIO AND ONLINE CONTENT. THE AUSTRALIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION'S CHARTER IS CONTAINED WITHIN PART II, SECTION 6 OF THE AUSTRALIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION ACT (1983)(ABC ACT).
