MANY PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS WILL ALSO BY EXTENSION BENEFITING RESIDENTS OF THE NEIGHBORING CITY OF CENTRAL FALLS, RI. THE FOUNDATION WILL CREATE, DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES DESIGNED TO MOBILIZE THE PRIVATE SECTOR IN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
