GREATER DWIGHT COMMUNITY INVESTMENT CORPORATION IS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION, WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 509(A)(3) OF THE CODE. THE CORPORATION SHALL PARTICIPATE IN EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES TO ADVANCE ECONOMIC VITALITY IN THE ECONOMICALLY DISTRESSED GREATER DWIGHT COMMUNITY.

PARTICIPATED AS THE SOLE MEMBER OF CORAL NEW HAVEN ASSOCIATES II, LLC, A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ESTABLISHED FOR THE EXPESSSED AND LIMITED PURPOSE OF PURCHASING, FINANCING, LEASING, MANAGING AND SELLING "DWIGHT PLACE," A COMMERCIAL RETAIL SITE IN THE GREATER DWIGHT COMMUNITY, WHICH INCLUDES A SUPERMARKET (THE PROJECT PROVIDED POSITIVE CASH FLOW WHICH ALLOWED THE ORGANIZATION TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $215,618 TO THE GREATER DWIGHT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (GDDC) TO FURTHER ITS 510(C)(3) PURPOSES. IN MANAGING THE CENTER THE ORGANIZATION WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO REASONABLY PRICED, QUALITY FOOD AND DEVELOP MARKET-RATE JOBS TO THE COMMUNITY.
