WE ACHIEVE THIS THROUGH OUR MANY URBAN STEWARDSHIP PROGRAMS, WHICH CREATE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY FOR RHODE ISLAND'S URBAN RESIDENTS, AND AT THE SAME TIME PHYSICALLY IMPROVE OUR SHARED URBAN ENVIRONMENT, ESPECIALLY IN ECONOMICALLY-DISTRESSED AREAS.
