CONNECTED PHILANTHROPIC INDIVIDUALS AND RESOURCES WITH COMMUNITY NEEDS THROUGH COMMUNITY-ENGAGED GRANTMAKING AND SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS. INITIATED AND SUPPORTED PROGRAMS WHERE NEEDS IDENTIFIED. SUPPORTED DONOR ADVISORS WITH COMMUNITY RESEARCH AND GRANT RECOMMENDTION GUIDANCE. GRANT AND SCHOLARSHIP FOLLOWUP.
CO-LED WITH 4 SCHOOL-BASED MENTORS, AND COORDINATED A 4-YEAR CAREER AND POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION ACCESS PROGRAM FOR 11TH AND 12TH GRADE STUDENTS. CURRENTLY 43 STUDENTS IN PROGRAM; 20 IN HIGH SCHOOL, 23 IN POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION.
