THE USWNTPA IS COMPRISED OF 40 TO 60 MEMBERS AT ANY GIVEN TIME, OF WHICH A PORTION ARE VOTING MEMBERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE USWNTPA'S BYLAWS. 3 PLAYER REPRESENTATIVES WHO ARE ELECTED, IN ACCORDANCE TO THE BYLAWS, SERVE AS THE OFFICERS.
