CRAM OFFERS A NUMBER OF SERVICES THROUGH ITS LEADING EX-OFFENDERS AND DEVELOPING EMPLOYMENT READINESS (L.E.A.D.E.R.) PROGRAM. L.E.A.D.E.R. PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR CLIENT WORK BASED VOCATIONAL TRAINING SSERVICES AND ASSISTS CLIENTS WITH BASIC NEEDS WHILE SECURING TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES. THE L.E.A.D.E.R. PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES FOOD DISTRIBUTION, FAMILY REUNIFICATION, AND OTHER FAMILY RELATED SERVICES TO EX-OFFENDERS.
