PARTNERS FOR COMMUNITY PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO AFFILIATED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.

PFC HAS BEEN CREATED TO PROVIDE GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TO PUBLIC SUPPORTED TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS. THE COMPANIES RECEIVING THESE SERVICES ARE PART OF AN AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH PFC. THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY PFC INCLUDE FINANCIAL, ACCOUNTING, RISK MANAGEMENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, MARKETING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, GRANT PROPOSAL, MASTER CONTRACTING, PAYROLL, HUMAN RESOURCES, DEVELOPMENT, SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT. EACH MONTH PFC ALLOCATES TO ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES EXPENSES INCURRED ON THEIR BEHALF IN PROVIDING THESE SERVICES. THE PREMISE FOR THEIR AFFILIATION IS THAT THESE COSTS ARE SHARED BY ALL THE AFFILIATES AND THESE COSTS INCLUDE NO PROFITS. THE ABILITY TO JOIN TOGETHER RESOURCES ALLOWS THE ECONOMIES OF SCALE AND EFFICIENCIES OF PFC TO BURDEN FRINGE AND OVERHEAD COSTS WHILE MAINTAINING AUTONOMY AND EACH INDIVIDUAL CORPORATION'S TAX-EXEMPT MISSION.
