THE JEWISH WOMEN'S ARCHIVE, INC., A NATIONAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOUNDED IN 1995, DOCUMENTS JEWISH WOMEN'S STORIES, ELEVATES THEIR VOICES, AND INSPIRES THEM TO BE AGENTS OF CHANGE. JWA IS THE WORLD'S LARGEST SOURCE OF INFORMATION ABOUT JEWISH WOMEN, PROVIDING INSIGHT AND CONTEXT FOR TODAY'S WORLD AND ENABLING PEOPLE OF ALL GENDERS AND BACKGROUNDS TO ENVISION AND WORK TOWARDS A MORE JUST AND EQUITABLE FUTURE.

JWA'S VIRTUAL PROGRAMS - BOOK TALKS AND ONLINE HISTORY COURSES - CONTINUE TO DRAW THOUSANDS OF PARTICIPANTS TO ENGAGE IN MEANINGFUL, NUANCED CONVERSATION AND CONNECTION ACROSS A GLOBAL COMMUNITY. JWA'S RISING VOICES FELLOWSHIP PROVIDES TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP TO A SELECT, NATIONAL COHORT OF FEMALE-IDENTIFIED AND NON-BINARY TEENS WHO LEARN LEADERSHIP SKILLS THROUGH IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL RETREATS AND MONTHLY DISCUSSIONS ON FEMINISM, JUDAISM, AND SOCIAL JUSTICE. THE ACTIVE ALUMNAE COMMUNITY OF MORE THAN 125 GRADUATES CONTINUES TO RAISE THEIR VOICES AND SERVE AS THOUGHT LEADERS IN THEIR OWN COMMUNITIES AND BEYOND. IN FY21, JWA PRODUCED 16 NEW EPISODES OF OUR PODCAST, CAN WE TALK?, USING THE INTIMATE MEDIUM OF AUDIO BROADCAST TO SHARE STORIES AT THE INTERSECTION OF GENDER, HISTORY, AND JEWISH CULTURE WITH LISTENERS AROUND THE WORLD.
