IS TO ENSURE THE ECONOMIC COMPETIVENESS OF THE NEW ENGLAND REGION AND BEYOND BY ATTRACTING, DEVELOPING, RETAINING AND CONVENING EXECUTIVES AND PROFESSIONALS OF COLOR TO ENSURE THEY REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
