LOCAL WORK GROUPS - TO ESTABLISH LOCAL WORKING GROUPS WITHIN CONSERVATION DISTRICTS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS TO MORE EFFECTIVELY DELIVER FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL RESOURCES TO MEET HIGHEST PRIORITY CONSERVATION NEEDS WITHIN THE STATE.
