THE MINUTEMAN FLAMES MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION, INC. (THE MM FLAMES INC.) CEASED ITS OPERATIONS AT THE END OF ITS FISCAL YEAR 2019 THAT ENDED ON APRIL 30, 2019 AND STARTED IN MARCH 2019 ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE MINUTEMAN FLAMES MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION, LLC (THE MM FLAMES LLC) TO SELL ALL ITS ASSETS AND LIABILITIES AS WELL AS ITS CONTINUED OPERATIONS TO THE MM FLAMES LLC, ALL OF WHICH REQUIRED THE APPROVAL OF THE MASSACHUSETTS STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. SINCE THEN, THE ANTICIPATED APPROVED BY THE MASSACHUSETTS STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE WAS NEVER FINALIZED. BECAUSE OF THIS, THE MM FLAMES, LLC IS CURRENTLY IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE MASSACHUSETTS STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE TO TRANSFER ALL OF ITS ASSETS AND LIABILITIES AS WELL AS ITS CONTINUED OPERATIONS BACK TO THE MM FLAMES INC. BEFORE APRIL 30, 2023 AT WHICH TIME THE MM FLAMES INC. WILL RESUME OPERATIONS. THE TERMS OF THE FINAL AGREEMENT ARE CURRENTLY BEING NEGOTIATED.
