TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, NURTURE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN, SUPPORT FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS IN THEIR PARENTING ROLES AND PROVIDE A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS. NEDP SUPPORTS OUR COMMUNITY TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE AND VALUE OF CONSTRUCTIVE "OUT OF SCHOOL TIME" FOR NORTHBOROUGH'S SCHOOL AGE POPULATION.

NORTHBOROUGH EXTENDED DAY PROGRAMS, INC. PROVIDES SCHOOL AGE CHILDCARE TO RESIDENTS. NEDP IS LICENSED BY THE MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF EARLY EDUCATION AND CARE TO OPERATE SCHOOL AGE CHILDCARE PROGRAMS LOCATED AT ALL FOUR OF THE NORTHBOROUGH ELEMENTARY PUBLIC SCHOOLS. NEDP OFFERS A SCHOOL AGE CHILDCARE PROGRAM THAT OPERATES EVERY DAY THAT SCHOOL IS IN SESSION, FROM 7:00 A.M. TO THE START OF SCHOOL AND FROM THE TIME SCHOOL IS DISMISSED, UNTIL 6:00 P.M. THERE IS A BEFORE SCHOOL PROGRAM AT TWO OUT OF THE FOUR SCHOOLS (LINCOLN STREET AND PEASLEE). THE AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS ARE LOCATED AT LINCOLN STREET, PROCTOR, PEASLEE, AND ZEH SCHOOLS AND SERVE CHILDREN IN GRADES K-5.
