THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS THE TITLE AND PROVIDES THE DAY-TO-DAY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE HOUSE AND PROPERTY LOCATED AT 406 N. PLEASANT STREET, AMHERST, MA 01002. THE HOUSE PROVIDES A RESIDENCE TO MEMBERS OF THE SOCIAL SORORITY IOTA GAMMA UPSILON, WHICH IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS IN AMHERST, MA. OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE CORPORATION ARE ALL ALUMNAE OF THIS SORORITY, WHICH IS LOCATED ONLY AT UMASS/AMHERST.

FOCUSES ON LEGISLATIVE ISSUES CONCERNING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR FAMILIES IN MASSACHUSETTS INCLUDING EDUCATION, ECONOMIC GROWTH, HEALTH CARE, TAXES, MARRIAGE AND THE PRESERVATION OF LIFE.

TO EDUCATE ASSESSORS AND THEIR ASSISTANTS IN THE FIELD OF ASSESSING AND THE UNIFORM ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL TAX LAWS.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in archery; fly or bait fishing; game bird, game fowl, or game animal hunting; fox hunting; and/or the use of firearms on the target range.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

The goal of this organization are the residential facilities for older adults who are unable to function in an independent living environment because they need assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing, medication, meals and housekeeping and other activities of daily living, but do not require nursing care on a regular basis.
