ITS PURPOSE SHALL BE: TO UNITE ALL MEMBERS OF THE CHINESE COMMUNITY; TO PROMOTE AND PRESERVE CHINESE CULTURE AND TRADITION; TO FURTHER THE CAUSE OF FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY; TO SAFEGUARD THE RIGHTS AND ENSURE EQUALITY OF MEMBERS OF THE CHINESE COMMUNITY; AND TO ENHANCE THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CHINESE COMMUNITY.
