THE ORGANIZATION ENCOURAGED AND STIMULATED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ON A REGIONAL AND STATEWIDE BASIS FOR THOSE PERSONS WORKING AND INTERESTED IN THE FIELD OF RESPIRATORY THERAPY THROUGH MEETINGS, LECTURES, NEWSLETTERS, PROVISION OF TWELVE AWARDS FOR PERSONS FOR THEIR BOARD EXAMS AND MEMBERSHIP FEES TO OUR NATIONAL ORGANIZATION, AND VARIOUS MATERIALS AVAILABLE. THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE, NORMALLY ATTENDED BY OVER 400 PEOPLE, IS THE LARGEST EVENT HELD BY THE ORGANIZATION.
