HOME CARE: PREVENT INSTITUTIONALIZATION SO THAT LOW-INCOME AND FRAIL ELDERLY CAN AVOID COSTLY NURSING HOME ENVIRONMENT AND RECEIVE SERVICES AT HOME.
ENHANCED COMMUNITY OPTIONS PROGRAM (ECOP): PROVIDES A RANGE OF COMMUNITY SERVICES TO ELDERS TO ENABLE THEM TO AVOID THE COSTLY NURSING FACILITY ENVIRONMENT AND TO REMAIN IN THE COMMUNITY.
SENIOR CARE OPTIONS PROVIDES A HEALTH PLAN FOR LOW-INCOME SENIORS WHO QUALIFY FOR BOTH MEDICARE AND MEDICAID.
