PROPOSE LEGISLATION IN SUPPORT OF REASONABLE HOUSING PRODUCTION AND THE BUILDING INDUSTRY AS WELL AS AND OPPOSE LEGISLATION ADVERSE TO BUILDING INDUSTRY AND MEMBERS IN THE FORM OF INCREASED COSTS AND REGULATIONS FOR BUILDERS AND ITS CUSTOMERS.
UNDERTAKE PUBLIC POLICY INITIATIVES TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO THE BUILDING COMMUNITY REGARDING LICENSURE, EDUCATION, LEGISLATION, AND BUILDING CODE ACTIVITIES AND TO THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE BUILDING, REMODELING, AND BUYING OF A HOME.
