COMMUNITY COALITION TO SUPPORT FAMILIES AND KEEP CHILDREN SAFE AND TO ADDRESS THOSE FACTORS THAT LEAD TO AN INCREASE IN CHILD ABUSE. NURTURING PROGRAM-PROGRAM DESIGNED TO BUILD PARENTING SKILLS AND TO REDUCE NEGLECT AND ABUSE FOR DSS INVOLVED FAMILIES.
