THE ORGANIZATION PUTS ON AN ANNUAL LEGAL SEMINAR FOR PEOPLE INTERESTED IN THE SPORT OF SNOW SKIING AND BOARDING. THE SEMINAR IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND BRINGS IN THE TOP EXPERTS TO PRESENT INFORMATION AND ISSUES WHICH CONFRONT THE INDUSTRY. THE VENUE CHANGES ANNUALLY IN ORDER TO MAKE ACCESS MORE AFFORDABLE. THE 2022 SEMINAR AND CONFERENCE WAS HELD IN TAOS SKI VALLEY IN NEW MEXICO. ALL EXPENSES IN 2022 ARE ORDINARY AND NECESSARY (CODE SECTION 162).
