WE PROVIDE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN OUR FIVE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION MEDICAL CENTERS AND TWO SOLDIERS HOMES.
WE SPONSORED SEVERAL YOUTH CONTESTS IN LOCAL SCHOOLS STATEWIDE: 1. VOICE OF DEMOCRACY SCRIPTWRITING CONTEST FOR GRADES 9-12; 2. YOUNG AMERICAN CREATIVE PATRIOTIC ART CONTEST AND 3-D PATRIOTIC ART CONTEST FOR GRADES 9-12; PATRIOT'S PEN ESSAY CONTEST FOR GRADES 6-8; 4. ILLUSTRATING AMERICA ART CONTEST FOR GRADES K-2 GRADES 3-5 AND GRADES 6-8; 5. GET EXCITED FOR THE RED WHITE AND BLUE SINGING CONTEST FOR ALL GRADES.
WE RAISED FUNDS FOR THE MEDIC NOW FOUNDATION A 501C3 ORGANIZATION THAT ASSISTS VETERANS WITH THEIR OUT-OF-POCKET HEALTH CARE COSTS.
