AS AN ORGANIZATION, WE DECIDED AT THE INCEPTION OF THE PROGRAM THAT WE WOULD PROVIDE A SCHOLARSHIP FOR EACH YOUNG MAN THAT HAS PARTICIPATED IN THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY FOR 18 MONTHS OR MORE. THE YOUNG MAN HAS TO GRADUATE FROM HIGH SCHOOL AND ENROLL FULL TIME IN COLLEGE OR A TRADE SCHOOL


THE 100 BLACK MEN OF GREATER FORT LAUDERDALE'S POPULAR ANNUAL BIKE DRIVE AWARDS MORE THAN 100 BICYCLES TO STUDENTS THROUGHOUT BROWARD COUNTY FOR THEIR SCHOLASTIC ACHIEVEMENT. STUDENTS FROM ELEMENTARY TO MIDDLE SCHOOL ARE AWARDED BICYCLES.
