TO PROVIDE ADULT DAY SERVICES TO ADULTS OF FRANKLIN AND NORTHERN GRAND ISLE COUNTIES. WE SERVED 71 ADULTS WITH DEMENTIA AND/OR PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENT BY PROVIDING 31,738 HOURS OF CARE. WE EXPERIENCED OVER 35% GROWTH IN OUR ADULT DAY CENTER IN FY 2023, AS WE RE-BUILT OUR PROGRAM AFTER THE COVID PANDEMIC. THROUGHOUT MOST OF FY 2023, WE OPERATED UNDER COVID PROTOCOLS IN AN EFFORT TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR PARTICIPANTS, THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS/CAREGIVERS, OUR STAFF, AND THE COMMUNITY.
