THE VERMONT LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE ENROLLS APPROXIMATELY 25 STUDENTS ANNUALLY FOR A NINE-MONTH COURSE WHOSE GOAL IS TO "PROVIDE FUTURE LEADERS WITH THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO MAKE THE MOST OF THEIR COMMITMENT TO THE STATE."
THE VERMONT SCHOOL LEADERSHIP PROJECT, WITH THE NEXT CLASS BEGINNING JULY 2023, IS A SEVENTEEN-MONTH PROGRAM WHOSE GOAL IS TO CREATE A GROUP OF EDUCATORS WHO WILL DESIGN AND SUPPORT CHANGE WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE EDUCATION DELIVERED TO VERMONT CHILDREN.
OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS, CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS FOCUSING ON A VARIETY OF GOVERNANCE AND PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES.
